RuffLand is the lighter, cheaper rotomold next to Gunner. You get USA polyethylene and a published size ladder. You do not get a CPS badge. Do not buy it because a hunting forum said “crash tested.”

Pros

• Same construction across Mid-Size ($289.99) through X-Large on the official shop — more than six size SKUs on rufflandkennels.com.
• Single-piece rotomold has no fold hardware to fail. Easy to hose out vs a wire pan.

Cons

• Not on the Center for Pet Safety certified list. Ruff-Flex is manufacturer impact language, not a CPS 5-star row. We do not convert that sentence into crash points.
• Does not fold. Made-to-order lead time 6–8 weeks on 2026-09-02. No included puppy divider.
• Single-wall PE vs Gunner’s double wall. Heavier dogs still need the correct size from RuffLand’s own sizing guide.
