About Pet Standings

Pet Standings is for pet owners who are tired of “best” lists with no method and no disclosure. We rank food, insurance, training, vets, and gear by the animal at home and the job you need done — not by a borrowed “life stage” wheel.

We do not invent veterinarians, celebrity experts, or testimonials. Until a category is researched, scores stay at zero and buy links stay placeholder. That is intentional.

Our process

For each ranking we define criteria (coverage, safety, value, ease, quality as the category requires), gather public facts, and order a list. Named “expert reviewers” are not shown unless a real, consented editor is on staff for that category.

How we make money

We may be paid by companies we feature. This may influence rankings. Rankings are not a claim of complete independence from commercial relationships. Sponsored rows are labeled.
