16 g clip-on for small dogs and cats: Verizon LTE-M, up to 2 months on USB-C, same Fi membership prices as Series 3+.

Why it is listed
Mini is how Fi fits a cat or a tiny dog without the 47 g Series 3+ module. You still buy a Fi membership. For a dedicated cat breakaway, Tractive CAT 6 Mini is the more honest collar.

Pros & cons
Pros
- Fi Mini dog page and comparison chart: 42×30×12.5 mm, 16 g (0.56 oz), USB-C, Verizon, IP68, up to 2 months of battery, attaches to a collar or harness with a strap at least two inches long. Soft case and strap in the box; no Fi Base.
- Same published membership ladder as Series 3+ ($99 / $189 / $339 plus $20 activation). Official overview: first and only Fi device described as cat-compatible.
- Safe Zones / escape alerts and live GPS in the Fi app, same as other current Fi memberships.
Cons
- Still a 6-month first-term minimum and a membership, not a $49 clip. Verizon-only, not multi-carrier.
- No safety-release collar in the box — you supply the cat breakaway. Fi says Mini is not compatible with the Series 3 collar band.
- Comparison chart battery is up to 2 months, not the 3-month Series 3+ figure.
