PetSuites

Why it is listed

PetSuites of America is the national suite-and-condo brand that publishes a $25 boarding deposit and a dog-and-cat vaccine list. Nightly rates are local. This is not the Orange County petsuites.com kennel. Tour the resort you will actually use.

Pros & cons

Pros

• petsuitesofamerica.com/boarding 2026-09-02 names canine boarding in Classic and Luxury suites (luxury: raised beds, personal TV, webcams*) and feline boarding in two-story cat condos. Room service, potty walks, Pawgress Report, $25 deposit, 7-day cancel for a full deposit refund, 3-day holiday minimum.
• get-started: over 90 convenient locations; complimentary evaluation day (Pet Pros, playrooms, webcams); dog vaccines rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, canine influenza; cats rabies and FVRCP. Health Care Commitment: reimbursement up to $500 for eligible vet expenses during the stay or up to 5 days after. Medications free; no injections.
• Find-a-location and reserve-online are on the official site. Tours offered without an appointment (avoid peak drop-off hours).

Cons

• No national from-price per night. $25 is a deposit, not a nightly rate. Locations page also prints “over 80” locations — we quote both pages rather than invent a census. No consumer app named on the official pages we used.
• National pages do not name an on-site overnight staffer or a 24/7 house vet. Health Care Commitment is reimbursement after the fact, not an ER. Overnight-staff and on-call-vet points are zero.
• petsuites.com is a different Southern California operator — we ranked PetSuites of America only. Tour that resort. Ask about overnight staffing, escape, and keys. A webcam is not safety. A logo is not a health inspection.
