PetSafe Healthy Pet Simply Feed

Why it is listed

A conveyor with buttons, not an app. Put in 4 D-cells (or buy the adaptor) or it is a sculpture. Slow-feed and a dishwasher-safe hopper are the reasons to pick it over a $50 Wi-Fi tower. It will not text you when it is empty.

Pros & cons

Pros

• petsafe.com Healthy Pet Simply Feed (PFD00-14574) 2026-09-02: $95.99, in stock with ship window on the PDP. 24-cup hopper, up to 12 meals/day, portions 1/8-4 cups, conveyor for dry or semi-moist kibble up to 3/4 in. Pet-proof dispenser. Slow Feed over 15 minutes for meals larger than 1/8 cup. Feed Now and Pause Feed on the unit.
• Stainless bowl, bowl holder, lid, and hopper are dishwasher-safe; hand-wash the conveyor. 4 D-cell alkaline batteries required, not included. Wall adapter sold separately ($14.99 on the adaptor PDP). 45-day satisfaction returns. Cats and small-to-medium dogs. Indoor only. BPA-free.
• No app and no subscription. Programming is on the feeder. That is the point of this SKU versus Smart Feed 2nd Generation.

Cons

• Batteries are not in the box, and the wall adapter is extra. Dead cells mean missed meals. There is no Wi-Fi alert when the hopper is empty.
• Meal Splitter for two pets is a separate accessory, not this SKU. No desiccant named.
• This is not PetSafe Smart Feed 2.0. That Wi-Fi sibling is still listed at $134.99 on petsafe.com; we did not score both conveyor twins.
