Pros & cons

Pros

• diamondpet.com Indoor Cat Chicken & Rice PDP 2026-09-02: formulated to meet the everyday needs of adult cats. Diamond Naturals Indoor Cat Chicken & Rice Formula is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for maintenance.
• 3,470 kcal/kg (394 kcal/cup) calculated ME. Adult feeding table by current weight (maintenance vs less active) for 5–20 lb cats. Available sizes named: 6 oz, 6 lb, 18 lb. Cage-free chicken protein, superfoods, and 80 million CFU/lb Viables probiotics (company copy).
• Same Diamond Naturals cat family includes Active Cat and Kitten Chicken & Rice — different SKUs. No subscription required on the maker page.

Cons

• Formulated, not a feeding-trial sentence. The manufacturer PDP does not list consumer USD and does not print a numbered transition-day schedule in the text we captured.
• Indoor adult is not the Kitten formula. The page does not add a large not-for-kitten box like Hill’s. We are not veterinarians.
• Do not treat this as a homemade or fresh-box diet.
