• About page did not print a national hospital count this pass — do not treat marketing “1,000+” from third parties as our number. CareClub covered services vary by plan; fees apply for services/products beyond the membership agreement, including ER stabilization, diagnostics, meds, hospitalization (homepage CareClub footnote language).
• Free first exam is not a free workup — diagnostics, vaccines, and ER/specialty/urgent care are excluded in the published terms. Local hospitals still set culture, staffing, and wait times.
• We are not veterinarians. Ask for a written estimate. A specialty consult perk is not the same as unlimited specialty care.
