• PetPlus 24/7 virtual vet is telehealth, not this pharmacy row (see our separate telehealth ranking). Local Caremark/Walmart/CVS pickup is a PetPlus extra, not a reason to treat PetCareRx as a clinic. Vendor page still says “.Pharmacy Verified … Licensed Pharmacy in 50 States.”
