Gen7Pets Regal Plus (Starry Night Gray)

Why it is listed

This is the small-pet sidewalk stroller whose official Petmate page actually names mesh, a tether, and brakes. Believe the 25 lb line, not the stray 60 lb bullet. It is not a car seat. Watch heat. Do not exceed the printed cap.

Cons

• A bullet on the same HTML page also prints “Weight Range Up to 60 lbs.” The body and the variant details both say 25 lb. We treat 25 lb as the pet cap and flag the 60 lb line as a maker-page conflict — do not load to 60.
• Wheel count is not printed as 3-wheel vs 4-wheel (front wheel + rear-wheel brakes). Cabin is 11 in wide. 25 lb is a small-dog / cat cart.
• Not a car seat. Not an airline cabin bag. Mesh is not enough in heat; do not park a closed stroller in the sun. A weight limit is a limit.
